- ثم نحضر صينية التشيز كيك ونضع بها القاعدة ثم نقوم بالضغط عليها جيدا حتى تصبح متساوية ثم ندخل الصينية الفرن لمدة 20 دقيقة.
- بعد ذلك نتركها جانبا حتى تبرد تماما ونبدأ في تحضير الحشوة وذلك من خلال إحضار وعاء ونضع به الجبنة الكريمي ونقوم بخفقها جيدا بالمضرب الكهربائي.
- ثم نحضر وعاء أخر ونقوم بخفق كريمة الخفق ثم نضيف هذه الكريمة على الجبنة الكريمي ونقوم بوضع البيضة مع الفانيليا.
- ونقوم بخفق المكونات مرة ثانية جيدا ثم نقوم بوضع الحشوة على قاعدة التشيز كيك وندخل الصينية الفرن لمدة 25 دقيقة.
- وعندما نخرج الصينية من الفرن نتركها حتى تبرد ثم توضع في الثلاجة لمدة 3 ساعات وبعد ذلك تقدم في أطباق التقديم وبالهنا والشفا.

- نكرر هذا حتى انتهاء الكمية ثم يقدم البان كيك مع الفراولة أو الزبدة وبالهنا والشفا.

المكونات :
- 2 كوب شوفان.
- نصف كوب عسل طبيعي.
- نصف كوب لوز مجروش.
- ملعقة حبة البركة.

طريقة التحضير :
- نحضر وعاء ونضع به الشوفان مع العسل ثم نضيف اللوز المجروش مع حبة البركة ونقلب المكونات جيدا حتى تتجانس.
- ثم نقوم بعمل كرات من الكوكيز وبعد ذلك نقوم بوضعه في صينية مبطنة بورق الزبدة وعلى الوجه نقوم بوضع قطع صغيرة من التمر.
- ثم ندخل الكوكيز الفرن على درجة حرارة 180 ويترك حتى ينضج ثم يقدم في أطباق التقديم وبالهنا والشفا.
